Ben started playing rugby in high school with the Lakebottom Spartans in Columbus, Georgia. He continued playing for The Cruise-A-Matics in Columbus/Fort Benning from 2009-2012. Ben then moved to Columbia, South Carolina where he played with the Columbia Olde Gray. In 2015, he moved to Clarksville, TN where he briefly played with the Clarksville Headhunters. In 2016, Ben joined Nashville Rugby, commuting over one hour each way from Clarksville. He's played everything from Scrum Half to Prop for Nashville since joining the team and has made an impact on and off the field. He was nominated as the President in the Fall of 2018. Ben is the Owner and Operator of two Marco's Pizza Franchises in Clarksville.

Mike started his rugby career in high school playing for the Lawrence Claymores in Indianapolis, Indiana. He went on to compete at Florida State University where he was the Club President, Treasurer, Captain & All-Star while helping to advance from a Men’s Club to a D2 Collegiate side across his four years. Mike joined Nashville Rugby in 2008 and spent five years as Club President prior to his current roles. His impact to the Club has been instrumental to the successes on and off the pitch. Mike has recently stepped off of the pitch, but when he played, he wreaked havoc in the Front Row.

Damon joined Nashville Rugby in 2015 having never played the sport. Playing football, hockey, and soccer virtually all of his life, he not only immediately fell in love with rugby, but with the culture of NRFC, and he quickly immersed himself with the Club on and off the pitch. In less than three years, Damon has played in over 100 matches between 15s and 7s. A Georgia native, Damon graduated from Florida State University in 2000 with a B.S. in Finance. He has worked and held Executive positions across the country in Commercial Financial, Hospitality, Commercial Property Management, and he served in the United States Army as an Infantry Officer. Damon moved to Nashville in 2010, and he's the founder and owner of NashVegas VIP. In the Fall of 2018, Damon took over as the Head Coach, previously being a starting back three player and back up Flanker.

Vonny joined Nashville Rugby in 2014 after moving to Music City from Washington, DC where he attended graduate school and played rugby for American University. Prior to that, he played four years for the Purple Haze at The University of the South serving as Treasurer, President, and ultimately Captain for the team. Vonny has played virtually every position in the pack during his career, but spends most his time either in the front row or flanking. Originally from Western Pennsylvania, Vonny grew up skiing and playing soccer, football, baseball, and lacrosse before learning the game of rugby from his beloved Coach Stringer at Sewanee. He now lives in West Nashville working in the economic and community development field for the Greater Nashville Regional Council. He's an active player in the Front Row, primarily as a Hooker.

Adam started playing rugby at 15 years old in 2001 in high school for the Quad City Independence playing Fly Half. He was soon asked to play for The Quad City Men’s Rugby Club, where he spent nearly seven years playing a wide range of positions from Wing to Flanker. Soon after that, he attended Western Illinois University where he made an immediate impact, leading the team from a win-less season to three consecutive undefeated seasons. Adam moved to New York City in 2012 to play Semi-Pro rugby for AMNRL National champions, New York Raiders. He was selected for the AMNRL select side match earning league-MVP honors. He subsequently played for the National Division winners, New York Old Blue for one year before moving back to his home town of Rock Island, IL where he played one year with the Division I, Palmer Chiropractic team. Adam moved to Nashville in 2015 and started with Nashville Rugby immediately making an impact as a Front Row player. He earned a Captaincy role in 2017 before stepping back from the game in 2018.

Captain
Nathan has nearly 10 years of rugby experience, starting his playing career at the University of Tennessee-Martin during his Freshman year. He later transferred to the University of Tennessee-Knoxville where he played both center positions, wing, and fullback. He started for the nationally ranked UT Vols for three years while earning All-Conference honors his Junior and Senior years in both 15s and 7s. After college, he played for the Knoxville Rugby Club, and Memphis Rugby Club before moving to Nashville in 2014. Nathan's impact on the team earned him the Captain role in 2017, and has maintained it ever since. He's also an active player of the USA South Panthers, and he was a starter for the 2017/18 team while winning the Rugby Americas North (RAN) championship. Nathan is an active member of the Nashville community and is a Financial Analyst for UBS in Nashville.
